Cutover

- Day before - Lower TTL on DNS - Conduct incremental data sync - Execution - Update MX records - Update AutoDiscover Record - Validate mail flow - Final cutover sync - Disable source email access (if possible) - Work with end users client access - Update non-standard email source devices.
