Bypass Bitlocker and Boot into Safemode

This will allow you to bypass bitlocker and boot into safe mode. This will not bypass encryption, but will allow you to boot into safe mode only. 

 

 boot into the Windows RE 

 select the command prompt option 

 on the bitlocker prompt choose "skip this drive" 

 once the command prompt appears type bcdedit /set {default} safeboot network   

 reboot into safe mode 

 log into the computer 

 do whatever needs done 

 open command prompt and type bcdedit /deletevalue {default} safeboot 

 reboot the computer
